Domaine Laroche owns 63 hectares of the 2,800 hectares of Chablis vineyards. All plots are on Kimmeridgien soil, each one bringing its own stone qualities to the Saint Martin cuvee. Different exposures, soil thicknesses, vine ages, and plant origins confer richness and diversity.

Nose: intensely fresh fruits and flowers.
Palate: fresh, mineral, harmonious and fruity. The finish is long and precise.
